We were in a pinch for a toner cartridge our supplier for our printer whom we have a contract with had been notified that we were low over a week prior to running out. We ran out on a Thursday evening, being an Accounting firm and in the middle of tax season this was a huge problem. I called Integrated Laser Corp. in a panic trying to locate a cartridge on a Friday so we could continue to work over the weekend. Bobbi was awesome at finding one for us and even offered to drive it from Ottawa to Prescott where our office is located.
